For returns or exchanges, please call our toll free number 1-866-784-7583.  You will be given an authorization number, write this authorization number on your original invoice and send your package with original invoice back to us.

Product must be securely packaged and in original condition when purchased.  Damaged or altered products will not be accepted for full refund.  We recommend that you ship your package to us with Insurance in the amount of the full invoice value of the product.  Our company will not be responsible for lost items in the mail.
